Long-term care insurance

You’ve planned ahead.
Let’s explore what comes next.

Have an LTC policy and questions about home care? We work with families using long-term care insurance and can discuss how to get started.

Talk with us about LTC
A clearer starting point

Your policy.
Your questions.
One conversation.

You may have a policy you’ve held for years, or a claim already underway. Share where you are in the process so we can discuss the next steps.

Coverage and reimbursement depend on your policy and your insurer’s decisions. We won’t promise benefits before they’re confirmed.

Have these handy when we talk

No need to upload any insurance documents here.

Your insurance company’s name

Your benefit summary, if available

Any claim approval or benefit letter

Your questions about starting home care

Questions to clarify with your insurer

Make your benefits easier to understand.

Does my policy cover the care I’m considering?

Ask your insurer to confirm the types of home care and providers your policy covers, and what it requires to determine eligibility.

What costs would I be responsible for?

Ask about your benefit limits, any waiting or elimination period, and expenses your policy would not reimburse. Request confirmation from your insurer.

How do claims and payments work?

Ask what documentation is required, who submits it, and how reimbursement is paid. Discuss the agency’s payment arrangements separately before care begins.

Bring clarity to the paperwork

Know the process before care begins.

Benefits and waiting periods

Ask your carrier which services and providers qualify, how any elimination period is counted, and what daily or overall benefit limits apply. Request written benefit information.

Care plans and documentation

Ask what assessments, plan-of-care information or other documents the carrier requires. Discuss with our team which agency records are available and how they can be shared appropriately.

Invoices and claims

Confirm who submits claims, which invoice details are needed and who receives reimbursement. Review the agency’s payment terms separately; insurer processing does not automatically change when an invoice is due.

Keep roles clear

The insurer decides eligibility and reimbursement. We discuss the care arrangement and our documentation role. Do not send policy identifiers or benefit letters through the website’s initial inquiry form.

Private pay care

Invest in the support
your family values.

Looking for attentive, personalized care and planning to pay directly? We’ll discuss a care proposal based on your needs and preferred schedule.

Start with what matters.

Tell us the support you’d like, your location, and when you hope to begin. Care costs and availability are confirmed before services are agreed.
